A more leisurely approach to forty age
At the forty age of my life, I am glad that I have been able to persist in doing only one thing I love for dozens of years. Also, because of its simplicity and purity, I have been able to return to my dream without fear.
A passion, a sense of mission
The predecessors of Taiwan businessmen spent more than a dozen years of painstaking work to create a brilliant OEM labeled shoe industry in the motherland.
As a member of this group of entrepreneurs, I have had the privilege of experiencing the glory days first-hand and I am grateful and also in awe!
From being an apprentice to setting up a business, I have been working with shoes almost every day for 26 years. However, I am often troubled by the fact that the new shoes I wear do not fit!
We are always on a mission, being dedicated and committed to doing excellent in our work.
I also regret that I have not been able to take the time to make some good pairs of shoes for myself and the friends playing golf with me.
How will we know if we win or lose unless we take action?
A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Today the XCEOrs decided to insist on being an independent Chinese brand of golf shoes; make a pair of good shoes that integrate the imprint of the times and carry the emotional temperature of users; and have a sense of mission for the rise of national products.
No matter how frenetic and noisy the outside world is, the XCEOrs insist on exploring the most impossible technologies and applications with their heads down.
We know it's a long way to go, but the wilderness and the unknown ahead excite us!
What is the brand?
I believe that everyone around us has a different definition of the brand, a different interpretation.
But the XCEOrs insist that so-called brand "core values" should have:
1. For users, the ability to consistently deliver outstanding experiential value and emotional resonance.
2. Bring technological innovation and efficiency improvement to the industry, and promote the upgrading and progress of traditional manufacturing industries.
3. Searching for new materials that are kinder to people and the environment, for the sake of the earth.
4. Exploring green and sustainable shoe-making.

To make products that touch people's hearts, that are generously priced, and that are trusted and loved.
While pursuing commercialization, founders should adhere to corporate responsibility and social values!
